During the time I was struggling with a high stress level. I realized that big deal part of it was because I was scared that I will do something wrong in the future. A found out Láďa Přáda as a great example of a person who was not perfect at all but at the end, he was described as a hero.
So I took this idea and started up a group of people from my generation called “We are Láďa Přáda”. This group is based on the idea that “you should not be scared of your future mistakes”.
One of the identifications of the group was fashion. Those enthusiastic people shows the idea of “nonsensical fear of mistake” by wearing their clothes inside-out. Combination of army clothes, football dresses and elements that are linked to stories from Přáda’s life evolve to distinctive style.
The brochure is “first edition from enthusiastic members” describing their lifestyle, it includes stories about Láďa Přáda and interviews. It has the aim to introduce this group to wider community and teach the stressless style of living.

In short, my aim of this work is to introduce a unique place connected with my childhood – Cholín – by the media of comics and to outline its unusual social structure. I am trying to achieve this goal differently than by collecting data and structuring them. Instead of that I create stories based on reality. My inspiration comes from oral narration and also from literary sources which have been published by members of Cholín community. In parallel I work with local urban legend named Kvakev which is becoming a central figure. With her help the comics is changing into fictional document balancing between reality and imagination.
